

Contract Reporting
With the complexity of the insurance contracts that currently exist within the healthcare environment, determining if the carriers are adjudicating claims appropriately has become a significant requirement of any billing activity. APS uses a series of reports and analyses to determine if variances in payment are due to insurance product differences, employer plan differences and/or processing errors. Errors are detailed to the carrier and pursued for correct treatment. Many of these processes are automated and variances are forwarded to the insurance specialists for that particular carrier to gain swift resolution of the affected accounts.
